Crucially, the realization of a projects value depends on recognition from authoritative perspectives.The ITEC2025 judging panel will be led by scientists and joined by experts from technology, industry, investment, and beyond.Projects will be evaluated comprehensively across multiple dimensions: individual capability, technological innovation, market potential, business model, investment value, and alignment with Chaoyangs key industries. The review process—featuring independent scoring, arbitration review, and collective evaluation—ensures fairness, impartiality, and transparency.

Who Were Looking For as Judges？
我们正寻找经验丰富的专家加入ITEC2025评审团：
Were seeking experienced professionals to join the ITEC2025 judging panel:
·领域契合：深耕数字经济领域（如人工智能、产业互联网、数字安全、数据要素、元宇宙、数字医疗、数字文化、未来产业等）行业5年以上，具备丰富的产业经验、投资经验或创业实战经历（如知名企业高管、天使/VC投资人、高校教授/研究员、连续创业者、人力资源专家等）；同时诚邀具备前瞻视野与产业洞察力的科学家加入，担任评审小组组长，领衔多领域专家团队，主导负责赛事全流程，确保赛事公平公正。
· Relevant Expertise:At least 5 years of experience in the digital economy (e.g., AI, industrial internet, cybersecurity, data economy, metaverse, digital healthcare, digital culture, or future industries). You could be a senior executive at a well-known company, an angel/VC investor, a university professor/researcher, a serial entrepreneur, or an HR expert. We also invite scientists with forward-thinking vision to lead judging panels, oversee diverse expert teams, and ensure the competition is fair.
· 资源与影响力：技术类、产业类、人力资源类评审专家应具备5年以上国家战略新兴产业研究经验，或来自高校、科研院所及龙头企业；创投类评审专家需有5年以上投资经验，且至少参与过2个典型投融资案例。
· Resources and Influence:
· Tech, industry, or HR judges should have 5+ years of research experience in national strategic-emerging industries or come from universities, research institutes, or leading companies.
· Investment judges need 5+ years of investment experience and involvement in at least 2 notable investment cases.
· 专业素养：逻辑清晰、判断客观，熟悉创业项目评审逻辑（如商业模式、技术壁垒、市场前景、团队能力等维度）。
· Professional Skills:Clear thinking, objective judgment, and familiarity with evaluating startup projects (e.g., business models, technical strengths, market potential, team capabilities).
· 时间保障：可全程参与大赛评审流程（初赛/专场赛/决赛，具体时间待确认），或至少参与某一阶段评审。
· Time Commitment:Able to participate fully in the competitions judging process (preliminary rounds, themed rounds, or finals; specific dates TBD) or at least one stage.
